Shipping & Handling
Goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days once payment in full is received
Occasionally you might order a product that is out of stock, in this instance we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know when you might expect to receive it.
You will be notified by email that your product has been shipped. If tracked shipping is selected, a tracking number for your package is available upon request.
You must notify Cervidor promptly if your package does not arrive or if the product is in any way damaged upon receipt.
Delivery times
New Zealand: 2-4 business days
Australia: 3-10 business days
Rest of world: 7-15 business days
Methods of shipment and Shipping & Handling costs
All New Zealand items are posted via standard parcel post and have a flat rate of $8 per parcel.
All international orders are sent via tracked freight and are in New Zealand dollars. Cost of freight will be calculated at the checkout and will depend on your geographic location.
International orders
Customs/Import regulations
As soon as you decide to bring goods into your country, you become an importer.It is your responsibility to abide by your country’s import laws and make sure any items you order are not prohibited/restricted within the country they are being delivered. Cervidor does not accept liability for the replacement/refund of any items or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any items by your country’s customs office or other government body. Any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control. If your item is destroyed, opened, damaged or inspected by customs we are unable to provide a refund. If an order is returned to us by import authorities in original condition (that is, how it left our factory), we will refund you the value of your order less any postage costs incurred to us as soon as we physically receive the items back. We cannot provide a refund on any orders that are detained or confiscated at your country’s customs due to them being prohibited items.
Returns
If you have any problems with the items you receive you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
If there is a defect in the product upon receipt then it may be returned to us for a full refund including the cost of postage.
If you receive the wrong product or are dissatisfied in any way, the items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received, and we will either replace or refund the item including the cost of postage.
Payment
All payments are in New Zealand dollars and made via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can pay through PayPal with knowledge that it is a safe and secure way to pay. See www.paypal.com to learn more about PayPal.
